Our winter guests are provided with a four course dinner with wine and coffee 6 evenings per week. We combine traditional cuisine with the best of farmhouse cooking in order to provide  a delicious dining experience. Our philosophy is that our food should look good, taste great and allow no-one to leave the table hungry. See below for a sample menu:

Starter
Trio of Fresh Ravioli with Olive Oil & Pine-Nut Dressing
Main Course
Tender Mignons of Pork in Cider & Port Sauce, with Potato Dauphinoise
Dessert
Lemon & Ginger Cheescake with Lime Coulis
Cheese Platter
Selection of Local Cheeses such as Roblechon, Beaufort, Tomme, Comte, Chevre etc
Fine Wine
We firmly believe that it is unacceptable to provide 'cheap plonk' for our guests. Therefore, unlike many chalets, we do not just provide a single house wine with your meal. Instead, we offer a selection of quality wines (many are award winning) which are especially chosen to compliment the cuisine which we offer. Find a wine which everyone enjoys and drink it all week, or choose a different wine each night - the choice is yours.
